OUR STORY:
We are a Nationwide support structure for Federal Employees who are hungry for knowledge about there benefits.
Our specialized Educational Classes allow the Federal Employees to truly understand how their benefits work, and the unintended consequences of certain decisions, and the limitations of what the government benefits can provide or not provide. This also allows the Federal Employee, to understand specific benefit options that are integrated into their overall financial strategies.
Being prior military and evolving into Retirement Planning, we have a Special Team of Individuals who not only have the experience but the background to better serve you as a Federal Employee, the combined team not only has Military Background but Federal Emplyee background in understanding and the desire to Educate other Federal Employees in there Benefits.
We were able to see the need to Help other Federal Employees from our on Experience, not just talk about FEHB and Medicare but be able to Educate other's with a clear understanding by simplifying the details.
We learned early on that with all the certifications, the government contracting Numbers, none of that matters - what truly matters is Experience - when you Educate others about FERS Supplement - or Spousal Benefits, or buy back time - it takes more than quoting from publication - it takes raw experience and discipline to Educate others so they do not fall into the benefits land mine that others have fallen into.
We as a team have worked hard to create an environment that has proven Success in Educating individuals, to agencies ranging from the FAA, Corps of Engineers, Social Security Administration, Veterans Administration, FEMA, ICE, CDC, and more.
We have established ongoing training with our team - because as we all know the government changes areas often and sometimes without warning - examples, the FERS Supplement being attacked to discontinue, the high 3 being looked at to change to High 5, the FERS new hirees being positioned to pay more into the retirement system, and this is to just name a few areas, we have and will continue to be on top of changes and continue to educate others for a brighter and more productive retirement.
Our goal - no matter - if you are pre-retirement or going into retirement - to educate, assist and be available to answer any and all questions.
